With support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shenzhen Basic Research Foundation, the team of Prof. Wang Wei from HITSZ's School of Materials Science and Engineering, Prof. Ma Xing from HITSZ, and Prof. Jeffrey Moran from George Mason University launched a joint project, which recently made remarkable progress in the mechanism of driving micro/nano motors with chemical reactions. Their findings provided a new strategy for controlling the direction of these motors' motion. Two papers were successively published in Angewandte Chemie Internationa Edition, an internationally renowned journal in the field of chemistry, with HITSZ as the correspondent organization and Prof. Wang Wei as the correspondent author.
