Highlights:
First, a visible light lens based on the TiO2 supersurface was prepared. The thickness of the sample can reach 1200 nanometers, which is twice that of the Capasso group at Harvard University. At the same time, the titanium dioxide super-surface device is adapted to the existing CMOS process, and then can be mass-produced.
Second, the use of titanium dioxide super-surface to realize the functions of traditional lenses, objective lenses, and lens groups such as magnification, reduction, and imaging, so that traditional optical devices are planarized.
Third, breakthroughs in key processes have also been achieved in the processing of silicon-based nanodevices and perovskite nanodevices. The perovskite super-surface with structural color and luminous color is prepared, and the adjustable display on the order of nanoseconds is realized through two-color mixing.
